Content Billing - A billing system for content providers providing News, Music, Streaming Video, Sports. The system offers packaging of different products into multiple packages, defining tier based pricing models, License delivery mechanism, Order maintenance, usage based content billing, revenue sharing, commissions and payments.

Resorsys EMS, is split into two applications:

• a desktop application for gathering the on-line on-site consumer data.
• and a web based Application, which can effectively offer customers tracking, reporting and exception reporting on energy usage for their buildings.

Desktop application is installed on the different Sites to continuously gather the data and write to the associated database. The data being gathered is displayed on the screen and sent to a web server for the consolidation.

Web application is installed on the central server, which uploads and consolidates the data received from site servers. The web application has an administration module to configure and set the operators (Administrators, users and consumers) of the system. Querying and reporting produce, analyse and publish the data in the pre-formatted templates, which can be viewed in a browser (Internet Explorer 5.0 or above only). The relevant information can be printed for further analysis. E.g.

• Consumption usage behaviour.
• Consumption Trends.
• Best consumers/locations/clients.
• Not so good consumers/locations/clients.
• Predict consumption usage.
• Proactive measure to be taken.

EMS offers a very strong views and reports module. Most of the views are graphical and the graphs are calibrated as Date/Time (x-axis hour,day,month,year) and KWh Cosumption (y-axis). An area of a graph can be selected and zoomed in/out. The basic data of the graph can be plotted in a tabular form also. The reports can be viewed using ActiveX or Java. EMS also provides a email service which is added to the start up of the web server and the mails are generated automatically based on following conditions:

• Alarm Type 1 (Set point reached): This alarm is generated for a meter when the consumption for 10 minute interval (multiplied by 6) is equal or more than say 98% (adjustable through company master) of the demand limit specified for that meter in the meter master.
• Alarm Type 2 (Secondary Set point reached): This alarm is generated for a meter when the consumption for 10 minute interval (multiplied by 6) is equal or more than say 95% (adjustable through company master) of the demand limit specified for that meter in the meter master.
• Alarm Type 3 (Demand increasing at rate of 1% of Demand limit): This alarm is generated when the difference between current hour average consumption readings is higher by 1% of the previous hour average consumption.
