It provides a complete record of all tasks as well as ensuring efficient control of workflow and the mobile work force. It is useful for both contractors and customers and can cover both ad-hoc and planned maintenance visits. An effective, robust and easy to use "Customer Relationship Management" module enables a user to record and track multiple responses (email, fax, Letter, personal visit) of both active and prospective customers.

The product has multiple levels of functionality and by default is configured for the most generic use and it not necessary for user to configure the application. For some unique requirements the administrator can configure the application using system parameters.
